Mini Clinic #1 – “Starting Fast and Getting off the line presented by Husker Speed School
Sunday May 5th, 2024 at Elkhorn Ridge Middle School Track
Nebraska Track and Field Legend, World Record Holder and Elite Coach Angee Henry will be leading this training.
This clinic will focus on fundamentals of starting and getting off the line. This class is targeted for kids grades 4th – 8th.

Schedule:
9:00-9:30 warm up and acceleration
9:30-10:00 starts for all sports, how to get off the line quickly
10:00- 10:30 Games and exercises

10:00-10:30 Games and exercises
This clinic will focus on fundamentals of jumping and creating explosive power. This class is targeted for kids grades 4th – 8th.
